Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has convened an all parties conference on June 28 which would discuss the ongoing operation in North Waziristan Agency and rehabilitation of the internally displaced persons.
Addressing the provincial assembly session on Tuesday, senior minister and JI amir Sirajul Haq said that the provincial government has convened an all parties conference about the North Waziristan operation and the plight of the internally displaced persons.
He said that invitations have been extended to all political parties for attending the conference, which would discuss the ways for providing relief to the IDPs and their rehabilitation. He said that the moot would also discuss the ongoing military operation in North Waziristan Agency.
Siraj-ul-Haq appealed to people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to join government’s efforts in handling IDPs.
He said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet would donate one month salary to the Internally Displaced Persons of North Waziristan Agency.
