'Legends of India' presented two promising exponents of Kathak: Deepak Maharaj of the Lucknow Gharana and Sandeep Mahavir. They performed at the Kamani Auditorium on Friday, 24 January 2014.

'Legends of India' is a non- profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act. Legends of India, was conceived in 1999, in an attempt to nurture Indian art forms and create awareness among the GENEXT. In its fifteen years of existence, LOI has effectively carried out the mandate of holding exhibitions of the visual arts and live concerts by 'Legends' and 'Would be Legends'
