Within this body br breathes the secret essence. br Within this body br beats the heart of the Vedas. br br Within this body br shines the entire Universe, br so the saints say. br br Hermits, ascetics, celibates -- br all are lost br seeking Him br in endless guises. br br Seers and sages perfectly parrot br the scriptures and holy books, br blinded by knowledge. br br Their pilgrimage, br and fasting, br and striving br but delude. br Despite their perfect practice, br they discover no destination. br br Only the saints br who know the body's heart br have attained the Ultimate, O Tulsi. br Realize this, and you've found your freedom. br br While teachers trapped in tradition br know only the mirage br in the mirror.
