Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain talked to each other on telephone and discussed senate elections along with improving party ties
Asif Zardari and Altaf Hussain felicitated each other over the unopposed victory of PPP and MQM candidates in the Senate elections. Both the leaders also agreed to create an atmosphere of reconciliation in Sindh.


Both the leaders discussed about bitterness and misunderstandings of the past between the PPP amd MQM and vowed not to repeat these mistakes in the future.
