A Canadian woman who was found with her undies around her ankles going at it in a “mutual masturbation” session with a male passenger has been found guilty of indecency on a plane.

Alicia Elizabeth Lander, 26, was convicted Wednesday of committing an indecent act in public, assaulting a police officer, causing a disturbance and causing mischief to property.

Lander was on an Air Canada flight from Toronto to Halifax when she asked if she could switch seats so she could sit next to a man she had met while drinking in the departure lounge.

Apparently, Lander started drinking at the airport on her way back from Edmonton because she said she was feeling depressed. She knocked back 10 shots of whiskey before getting on the plane and then downed four more while on the flight.

According to witnesses including flight attendants, Lander and 39-year-old Jason George Chase had been talking about wanting to join the “Mile High Club”.

A passenger told John Dunn, the service director for Air Canada Flight 610, that Lander and Chase were “about to join the Mile High Club”.

When Dunn found Lander, her underwear was around her ankles and he asked her to get dressed although she initially denied she was undressed.

Lander eventually returned to her to seat and slept for the remainder of the flight, while the staff called ahead for police when they landed.

She was greeted by police at the arrival gate and arrested on January 24, 2014.

Lander became enraged and hurled profanities as Dunn told authorities what had happened. She kicked one officer twice and had to be placed into a guarded interview room because she was so pissed off.

Chase was also charged with committing an indecent act. He pleaded guilty in January.
