Baa became synonymous with the quintessential Dadi and everyone began to wait to see her decisions in the Kyunki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi episodes.
True to her nature, she passed away very peacefully in her sleep and did not trouble anyone. However she is surely going to be missed and not only telewood but also Bollywood mourns the demise of this veteran actress.
Baa was 79 and gives the best reasons why the serial was a super hit. It is in fact the longest running serial on television.
