I already made the custom url in 2013, so i can't change. Because it has only one chance to create a custom url. If you are a new user please carefully choose a url name.
And my personal recommendation is do not add any extra details at the end of your name or channel name (eg: google plus or youtube or partner or any other words ).

if you are a YouTube partner! then just create it with your channel name.
