Story Police force of Rayadurgam puzzled by the mysterious deaths of high profile persons and calls ACP Ravikanth to solve the case. He gets his team to come with the imaginary portrait of the suspect and to his surprise finds it matches with Bharat (Rahul), a hardware engineer who loves a school teacher (Neha Deshpande) and starts an NGO, The Bells Foundation, to fight atrocities against women.
