The Election Commission (EC) is likely to announce dates for the next crucial set of assembly elections today. The Election Commission held a meeting with Chief Electoral Officers of poll-bound Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa to fine tune the arrangements.
