A Muslim woman in Uttar Pradesh faced acid attack from her in-laws after her husband gave her Talaq over the phone. Rehana a resident of Pilibhit told the media that her in-laws attacked her with acid after she refused to accept triple talaq given to her by her husband over phone from the United States. Rehana has filed a police complaint against her in-laws and husband.
