The Kardashian-West clan is about to grow by one with Kanye and Kim expecting their third child in January. TMZ first reported the news, saying that the couple paid $45,000 for a surrogate because Kim has a medical condition that makes pregnancy dangerous. "The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate."
