Scrolling is a lower third element that can be used in your videos to announce anything. You can put the subscribe and like, share request with a rolling text without hampering the content. This is a cool way to deliver your message to the viewers. There are several software that you can use to create a news ticker. Today I have shown the whole process with Adobe After Effects.
