Catelynn Lowell made the heartbreaking decision to seek treatment after spending the day thinking of “every way possible to commit suicide,” she told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

The Teen Mom OG star, 25, admitted she had felt she had no choice but to check into rehab.

“I’m taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself. On November 17th I thought of every way possible to commit suicide, from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole,” she told Radar.

“Thank God I have a support system and a husband and a daughter. Thank God I am self-aware.”

The troubled MTV star told Radar she was hopeful about her future. “I’m seeking treatment and I WILL get better. This won’t last forever.”
