Live Match: India Vs South Africa 2nd Test 3rd Day Live, Ind Vs Sa Live Score, India Vs South Africa live

After a valiant 153 from Virat Kohli and a crucial 38 from Ravichandran Ashwin formed the crux of India's batting on Day 3, India did have the momentum taking the field for the second time in the second India vs South Africa Test at the Supersports Park in Centurion on Monday and Jasprit Bumrah rode on that momentum reducing South Africa for 3 for 2 to raise the Indian hopes.
However, South Africa's crisis man, AB de Villiers, was at again. In company of a feisty Dean Elgar, de Villiers steadied the ship for his team. At tea, SA (60/2) had extended their lead to 88, which in context of how the pitch is behaving could prove to be a handful if SA manage to play out two more session in the Test.
South Africa, starting their second innings with a lead of 28, would have expected to see Ashwin in to the attack early, but Kohli went one step ahead and opened with the off spinner. Ashwin got the ball to rise from a good length delivery, indicating that the pitch had become two-paced.
Bumrah further provided evidence when he had SA opener Aiden Markram trapped in front. Markram went back to a back of length delivery only to find the ball not rise as much as he had expected and the angle created by Bumrah had the ball nipping back in. At the same length, Bumrah's delivery suddenly rose while some kept low and Hashim Amla fell to the one that skidded on. Similar to Markram, Amla hung back to a back of length delivery and Bumrah got it to nip back in. Amla went for a flick and missed and was adjudged leg before wicket. At 3 for 2, South Africa were in a spot of bother.

At the other end, Elgar just about managed to survive as couple of his inside edges managed to evade the stumps and couple of nicks found the vacant space in the slips cordon. De Villiers was welcomed to the crease by a Yorker from Burmah which he just about managed to nick it to the fine leg boundary.
