NC State quarterback Ryan Finley wasn't bothered by a steady downpour during the Wolfpack's spring game Saturday afternoon. Finley completed 8-of-15 passes for 165 yards and a long touchdown to Kelvin Harmon in one half of work. Finley chose to return to Raleigh for his final season of eligibility and looks to lead an explosive NC State passing attack this season.
