Talk about East meets West! Or would it be the other way around? Either way, this vegan burger is pretty darn epic. Instead of bread, the buns are made with glutinous rice (which btw contains no gluten) which are soft and chewy and crispy all at the same time. Not to mention, they are packed with savory flavour from shiitake mushrooms and scallions. I hope you give this a try!\r
