Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi are officially on vacation, heading for Rwanda.
Portia gifted Ellen with her own namesake wildlife fund in honor of the talk show host’s 60th birthday.
Ellen has a deep affinity for Dian Fossey’s dedication to animals.
Her wildlife fund's first initiative is to build a gorilla conservation centre in Rwanda and will form part of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund.
The couple spent their weekend in Nairobi, Kenya at an exclusive boutique hotel, Giraffe Manor.
