Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has made a controversial statement to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Shashi Tharoor has said that he used to wear different turbans during the tour of the country and abroad but avoid wearing Muslim cap. Along with this, Tharoor said that he avoids wearing green color too.
