Jeff Bezos is creating a new $2 billion fund called the Bezos Day One Fund. This program will support homeless families and education programs in underserved communities. Bezos said Amazon’s “Day 1” philosophy inspired him to create the charity with his wife. This move comes after the Amazon CEO came under fire for its treatment of workers. His treatment even inspired the introduced bill “Stop BEZOS,” that forces big companies to pay employees better.
