ZAMBIA WOMEN NATIONAL TEAM GEAR UP FOR CAMEROON CLASH

The Zambia Women National Team had its final training session before Thursday’s crunch semifinal clash against Cameroon at the Wolfson Stadium.

Coach Beauty Mwamba, Technical Advisor Bruce Mwape and goalkeeper trainer Yonah Phiri led the lasses at the Nelson Mandela University training ground with temperatures bitingly at 12 degrees Celsius.

Mwamba still has to contend with the injury hit skipper Misozi Zulu and Rhodah Chileshe who are likely to miss tomorrow’s tie.

The team went through the paces firmly focus on Thursday’s assignment.

Zambia's record at the tournament is unblemished so far with a 2-0 win over Lesotho, 1-0 victory over Cameroon and a 3-0 result against Mozambique to finish top of Group B.

Meanwhile Cosafa has moved the three semi-finalists to King Edward Hotel with only the host country lodged elsewhere.
Uganda, Cameroon and Zambia have taken residence at the King Edward Hotel.
