American Airlines Flight Attendant Suing Over In-Flight Fight The attendant allegedly had a physical fight with another crew member while onboard of a plane in June 2016. The lawsuit filed claims the victim, Kathy Ida Wolfe, was dragged down the aisle by her scarf in front of the passengers. Wolfe's is seeking damages of up to $1 million dollars. The suit includes allegations of negligence, breach of contract and assault and battery. Newsweek reports that Wolfe and Powers were employed by the airline at the time of the incident, and that Powers has been an employee of the airline since 1985.
