South and North Korea held talks today on cooperation in public health.
According to Seoul's Unification Ministry,... officials met at the joint liaison office in Gaeseong.
The two sides exchanged information on fighting influenza for the winter season,... and agreed to have further, regular exchanges on combating other infectious diseases.
Today's meeting is a follow-up to the agreements reached last month... at the first inter-Korean meeting on health and medical care in 11 years.
The two Koreas will continue to cooperate in the field through the exchange of documents.
