Since the time the first part of Baahubali was released, fans have been eagerly waiting to know the ultimate truth behind the whole mystery behind why Kattappa killed Baahubali at the end? When the same question was asked to director SS Rajamouli he said that he wanted to bring a twist to the tale at the end but did not expect that it will become such a huge rage. Actor Sathyaraj aka Kattappa was asked about it at the pre-launch of Baahubali - The Conclusion and he jokingly said that producers, Shobu and Prasad paid him very well. Sathyaraj added that Rajamouli told him to kill Baahubali, so he killed him, otherwise, why would he kill Prabhas.
