AG Barr Says Epstein
'Co-Conspirators'
Should Not Rest Easy.
Attorney General William Barr made
the comments concerning the apparent
suicide of former financier Jeffrey Epstein,
at a national policing conference in New Orleans. .
At the time of his death,
Epstein was being held at the
New York Metropolitan Correctional
Center on charges of sex trafficking.
Despite an apparent suicide
attempt just two weeks earlier,
Epstein's cell was not on suicide watch.
We are now learning of serious irregularities at this facility that are deeply concerning and demand a thorough investigation, William Barr, U.S. Attorney General, via CNN.
Following the announcement
of Epstein's apparent suicide on
Saturday, Barr announced FBI and
internal Justice Department investigations.
On the same day, online
conspiracy theories from both
the right and left rapidly began
to consume social media.
Let me assure you that this case will continue on against anyone who was complicit with Epstein. Any co-conspirators should not rest easy. The victims deserve justice and they will get it, William Barr, U.S. Attorney General, via CNN
