Even after enactment of the law, triple talaq cases in the country are not taking the name of freezing. A case of triple talaq has once again come up in Etah in Uttar Pradesh. The latest case is from Aliganj police station area of Etah. Where a husband divorced his wife, demanding dowry. The victim was married a year and a half ago..The victim has also accused the father-in-law of molestation along with harassment. The victim has filed a triple talaq case at the police station by giving a complaint.

कानून बनने के बाद भी देश में तीन तलाक के मामले थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं. उत्तर के प्रदेश के एटा में एक बार फिर से तीन तलाक का मामला सामने आया है. ताजा मामला एटा के थाना अलीगंज क्षेत्र का है. जहां दहेज की मांग करते हुए एक पति ने पत्नी को तलाक दे दिया. पीड़िता की डेढ़ साल पहले ही शादी हुई थी..पीड़िता ने उत्पीड़न के साथ ही ससुर पर छेड़छाड़ का भी आरोप लगाया है. पीड़िता ने थाने में तहरीर देकर तीन तलाक का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है।
