Nibong Tebal MP collapses mid-speech in Parliament

Parliamentarian Mansor Othman (Harapan-Nibong Tebal) collapsed in the midst of giving his Budget 2020 debate in the Dewan Rakyat today.
He was giving his speech when he started slurring and paused for a moment before collapsing.
Fellow parliamentarian Wong Chen (Harapan-Subang) who was sitting next to him, grabbed onto him before he fell onto the ground.
The Dewan Rakyat erupted into chaos as the MPs rushed to his aid.
Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Nga Kor Ming urged for any parliamentarians who were medical doctors to help him before calling for a five-minute break.
