Chinese firefighters and police officers rescued a child hanging from a third-floor window after his head got stuck in the security bars on April 24.
In the video, shot in the city of Huairen in Shanxi Province, a man climbed onto the third floor to approach the child. Then firefighters inside the flat were seen lifting the child up and bring them back to safety.
According to reports, the child was locked in at home alone and fell out of the window accidentally when they were playing.
