72 holes were not enough to decide a champion at the 1998 U.S. Women's Open. So, a pair of 20-year-old players in Se Ri Pak and amateur Jenny Chuasiriporn played an additional 20 holes where Se Ri Pak prevailed with a birdie in a sudden death playoff.
