Even though both India and Pakistan look at each other enemy. But there are some rituals in both countries, which are celebrated on both sides of the border on the occasion of Eid. However, in other Islamic countries, this ritual is not practiced at all. We are talking about the Eid on the occasion of Eid. Its practice is already prevalent in India. The sisters wait to bring Idi to their brother. On the occasion of Eid, elders give Idi gifts to their little ones. In this era of change and modernity, now along with the clothes of sister and her children, mobile and other electronic gadgets have also come in the trend of Idi. Apart from this, along with gifts, suits, golden, diamond and cash are also given as Idi. However, regarding the ritual of giving Idi, there is no mention of Idi in Islam.

भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों देश भले ही एक-दूसरे दुशमन नजर आते हो। लेकिन दोनों देशों में कुछ रस्में ऐसी हैं, जो ईद के मौके पर सरहद के दोनों तरफ मनाई जाती है। हालांकि, अन्य इस्लामी मुल्क में इस रस्म का चलन बिल्कुल भी नहीं है।जी हम बात कर रहे हैं ईद के मौके पर दी जाने वाली ईदी की। इसका चलन भारत में बंटवारे से पहले से ही चला आ रहा है। बहनों को भाई के हाथों ईदी लाने का इंतजार रहता है। ईद के मौके पर बडे़ अपने छोटों को ईदी का तोहफा देते हैं। समय बदला और आधुनिकता के इस दौर में अब बहन व उसके बच्चों के कपड़ों के साथ ही मोबाइल और अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेटस भी ईदी के चलन में आ गए हैं। इसके अलावा गिफ्ट्स के साथ-साथ सूट, गोल्डन, डायमंड और नगदी भी ईदी के तौर पर दिए जाते हैं। हालांकि, ईदी देने के रस्म के बारे में मानना है कि इस्लाम में ईदी का कोई जिक्र नहीं है।
