A man is arrested after running across a large avenue and struggling with police but is pronounced dead a short time after as cops remain under investigation. The arrest claimed the life of Ramon Timothy Lopez, 28, in the city of Phoenix in the American state of Arizona on 4th August. But videos have just been released by the Phoenix Police Department to provide details of the incident. The footage shows the moment Lopez walks around a parking lot looking at several cars as the emergency caller is heard describing his behaviour. A squad car pulls up to the area prompting Lopez to immediately flee from the area. A second video switches to the body-cam footage from an officer who chases Lopez as he exits a shop and runs across a large transited avenue. Lopez struggles but is eventually subdued and held on the ground as backup arrives offering other angles of the arrest using body-cam of the officers during the arrest.
