Chicken Khada Masala Recipe:

Ingredients:
Chicken - 750g with bones
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Black peppercone - 10
Cloves - 6
Black cardamon - 2
Green cardamon - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Star anise - 1
Onion - 3 medium chopped
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1 sliced
Water - 1 cup
Fresh coriander - to garnish
