Blake Griffin was interviewed postgame after the Nets 113-111 win vs the Detroit Pistons. This was Griffin's first time facing off against his former team since forcing his way to Brooklyn.
Before joining the Nets, Griffin had tallied zero dunks on the season. Since he joined Brooklyn, he's slammed it down multiple times. The viral clip from tonight's game was one of him throwing down an alley-oop. James Harden threw him a pass right next to the rim and he finished it for the jam.
Harden was the one leading the way in the scoring column. He had 44 points, 14 rebounds, and 8 assists on the night. Griffin finished second on the team in scoring. He put up 17 points on 5-8 shooting, including 2-2 from deep.
Many people have been joking about his performances with the Pistons vs with the Nets. His play in Brooklyn has been night and day since his time in Detroit.
