The apex court has lifted the ban on playing DJs in Uttar Pradesh. In 2019, the Allahabad High Court banned DJ citing noise as the reason. The apex court today said that no such demand was made in the petition on which the order has been issued. The petitioner had raised the issue of noise in only one locality. But the High Court gave an order for the entire State. The affected parties were not even heard while doing so. Watch video,

Uttar Pradesh में अब एक बार फिर डीजे की धमक सुनाई देगी. क्योंकि Allahabad High Court के डीजे पर पाबंदी वाले आदेश पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है. और डीजे बजाने को लेकर हरी झंडी दे दी है. बता दें कि 3 साल पहले हाई कोर्ट ने डीजे पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था. जिसके बाद आज Supreme Court ने इस पर फैसला सुनाया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये प्रतिबंध हटाते हुए कहा कि हाई कोर्ट का आदेश जिस याचिका पर जारी हुआ उसमें डीजे पर रोक लगाने की मांग ही नहीं की गई थी. देखिए वीडियो
