Melaka polls: Police prepared for state election, to mobilise external personnel if necessary

3,800 police personnel have been deployed to assist in the Melaka state polls on Nov 20 and extra personnel will be mobilised as well if necessary, said Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim.

The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said that on Friday (Nov 5), and stressed that all political parties must follow the rules and regulations set by the Election Commission (EC).
