Allahabad High Court on Thursday gave important directions in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case. The Allahabad High Court has directed the Mathura Court that all the applications should be disposed of in a maximum of 4 months. The Sunni Waqf Board and other parties were directed to issue ex-parte orders if they did not attend the hearing.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने गुरुवार को श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि और शाही ईदगाह विवाद मामले में अहम निर्देश दिया. इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने मथुरा कोर्ट को निर्देश दिया है कि अधिकतम 4 महीने में सभी अर्जियों का निपटारा किया जाए. सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड व अन्य पक्षकारों के सुनवाई में शामिल न होने पर एकपक्षीय आदेश जारी करने का निर्देश दिया गया.
