This man stumbled and appeared disoriented, giving the impression he was under the influence of something.
Concerned neighbors emerged from their homes to check on him, but their efforts proved futile as he was unresponsive.
Eventually, they decided to call for emergency help.
By the time the police arrived, an ambulance had already reached the scene.
However, upon encountering the ambulance crew, the man became agitated.
When the police arrived, he directed his agitation towards them as well.
Fortunately, after all the commotion, he settled down and was found peacefully sleeping on the sidewalk where he had fallen.
