Housefull is a 2010 Bollywood film directed by Sajid Khan and starring Akshay Kumar as the lead protagonist role while Deepika Padukone, Lara Dutta, Jiah Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh and Arjun Rampal feature in supporting roles. Boman Irani and Randhir Kapoor also play important supporting roles in the film. Jacqueline Fernandez has a special appearance in the film. The film was shot over several months in London and Italy. The film is said to be a remake of 1998 Tamil film Kaathala Kaathala. The film was released across more than 750 screens in India.
