With less than two weeks notice this match at Twickenham Stadium was a resounding success with 35,094 spectators, even though it didn't break the 54,000 set in Pretoria, South Africa. The game was also the first time in history that a Super Rugby match had been played at a neutral venue and money raised from ticket donations reached more than £175,000. The reason for the move in location is that the city of Christchurch was struck by a 6.3 magnitude earthquake on the 22nd February 2011, causing widespread devastation to the city. The quake caused significant loss of life and injury, as well as severely damaging buildings, infrastructure and the Crusaders AMI Stadium. WinkBall citizen video reporters were at Twickenham on this historic Sunday, 27th March 2011, collecting goodwill messages for those affected in Christchurch, New Zealand. Distributed by Tubemogul.
