Born and raised in South Florida, Chrohm comes from an African American and Cuban background. With the artistic allure that you’d expect to find in a talented Singer-Songwriter, he combines Hip-Hop/Soul with a 90s R&B flava and intimations of pain and pleasure. If you ask Chrohm where his unique sound came from he would humbly say, "WELL... JAMES BROWN WAS MY FIRST COUSIN, TWO TIMES REMOVED".<br /><br />Chrohm’s past work includes written & vocal collaborations with a few of the industry's top performers and producers, such as Gorilla Tek and Wyclef Jean. As a teenager he performed publicly in the Orange Bowl Parade televised before an audience of over 60 million. In 2014 he graduated from SAE Institute of Miami for Audio Technology where he studied under the tutelage of Charles Dye (First engineer to mix an entire song in Pro-Tools, winning a Grammy for Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca).<br /><br />In 2016 Chrohm won 1st place at the Coast 2 Coast Live event in Miami and was invited to the yearly conference as a VIP guest to represent Miami. 2018 was full of surprises, his hard work paid off big and Chrohm received the "Entertainer of the year award" from The Miami Award Program for his strong online presence and community work at events like Roc'Da Stage Live.<br /><br />Teaming up with South Florida’s powerhouse label Essential Media Group, where hot new mixes climb the charts and original works of past and present generations dominate in the world of Hollywood music, we finally get a chance to hear the highly anticipated release of “Message”.
