Luis Navas - Luis Navas is a very kind-hearted person. He works to help those children who are suffering from autism. His own son was suffering with the very same problem, so he knew it very well how it feels when your child suffers from autism. This is the reason that he decided to help the children as well as their families. <br />Luis Navas started his professional life years ago. He started professional with BMO Nesbitt Burns, one of Canada’s oldest and largest financial institutions. After BMO Nesbitt Burns, he worked with various other organizations such as Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Hay Group. Presently, he is working with Canadian independent management consulting firm Global Governance Advisors as the vice chair. As the vice chair of the company, he is responsible to see governance related issues for corporate boards, human resources matters, and best practices in compensation. Everyone in his organization appreciates him very much for his professional behavior, positive approach, and excellent leadership skills. <br />Luis Navas has done MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business that is one of the most prestigious management colleges in Canada. The college comes under the University of Western Ontario. Apart from taking an MBA degree, he has taken classes at Harvard Business School for highly selective Executive Education program.
