Two Hip hop Icons promised to release an album called "Helter-Skelter," but it never happened. Or did it happen in a way we never expected? Was it a message they were trying to pass across? Shortly after they announced they would be dropping the song; rappers began to die, and they never made that song. Helter Skelter was promised, and that promise was kept. They fulfilled their promise by causing chaos in the hip-hop world, killing talented rappers.
