Nilesh Waghela was born in 1955 in York, England. He achieved a degree in Business Studies from York University before embarking on a career as an independent business advisor. As a business advisor, Waghela worked alongside his clients to help them craft successful business strategies. Waghela is a skilled business advisor with many years of experience working with clients on strategy, planning and problem solving, as well as developing their business skills and knowledge. <br /><br />Having retired from his career as a business advisor, Waghela now spends his time improving his chess skills and playing tennis, as well as playing piano. Reading is another of Waghela’s favourite pastimes and he particularly enjoys books written by Michael E. Porter, the American academic who is renowned for his theories relating to business strategy, economics and social causes. Porter has published 18 books including ‘On Competition’, ‘Competitive Advantage’ and ‘Competitive Strategy’. <br />
