starcrossed is a 5 piece indie/shoegaze band with 80's & 90's pop elements. arising from the wreckage of the band sleepy hollow in early 2001, starcrossed has had many lineup changes over the years. <br /><br />our influences include the cure, david bowie, jesus and mary chain, the pixies, my bloody valentine, the sundays, sunny day real estate, radiohead, the beatles, joy division, sonic youth, dinosaur jr, curve, swervedriver,afghan whigs, the smiths, radio dept. and many many more <br /><br />the band took a brief hiatus in 2003 and picked up again in 2004 under the name the perfect face for radio changing back again to starcrossed in early 2006 <br /><br />we just released our first full length cd titled "waves" and are looking forward to touring soon. <br /><br />current line up: <br /><br />mark - guitars, vocals, keyboards, sampler, drum machine, harmonica <br /><br />christina - key board, vocals, harmonica, percussion <br /><br />mishey - lead guitars & backing vocals <br /><br />john - bass, vocals <br /><br />simon - drums
