During his interrogation over the IPL fixing scandal, super bookie Uttam Chand alias Kitty has revealed more about the Chennai link Vikram Aggarwal and his role in the case. Sources say that Vikram 'Victor' Aggarwal was in touch with CSK CEO Gurunath Meiyappan on the phone during the IPL matches.
