Egypt's President says he is severing diplomatic relations with Syria. Mohamed Morsi made the announcement in front of thousands at a 'support for Syria' rally in Cairo. He has ordered the closure of the embassies in Damascus and the Egyptian capital. And he has called on world powers not to hesitate in enforcing a no-fly zone over the embattled country.
