Watch the video to know more. br br Ingredients: br 12 cup of Plain Flour ( Maida ) br 13 cup of Semolina ( Sooji Rawa ) br 14 cup of Castor Sugar br 14 cup of Clarified Butter br 1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour br Cardamom Powder br br Method: br - Mix plain flour, semolina, castor Sugar, wheat flour, in a bowl. br - Add clarified butter little by little and start kneading. br - Add water in little quantities to make a nice dough. br - Make small balls from the dough, make a dent in the middle, take a pinch of cardamom, put it in and seal it well. Put it on a baking tray. br - Refrigerate for 10mins and take it out. br - Put it into oven and bake it at 120 - 140 degree Celsius. br - Bake it till golden Brown in color, which would take about 20 - 25mins. br - The Nan Khatai is ready to be served with tea or coffee.
