In this Episode, learn how to make a tasty and nutritious Vegetable Korma, a frequently made side dish. It has Vegetable and Cottage Cheese which makes it a wholesome dish. br br Ingredients: br - 2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green Beans) br - 12 cup Cubed Paneer br - Oil br - Salt br - 1 Cup Tomato Puree br - 6 - 7 Cashew Nuts br - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds br - 1&12 tsp Coriander Powder br - 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder br - 14 tsp Garam Masala br br Method: br - In a heated pan put 1 tbsp of oil & add salt vegetables and mix everything well. br - Add water to it and let it boil till all the vegetables get boiled properly. br - Meanwhile in a bowl pour tomato puree, tomato ketchup, and yogurt and batter the mixture. br - Take the vegetables out in a bowl when the water has dried out and the vegetables are nice & soft. br - In a heated pan pour some oil and add cumin seeds, till the cumin seeds splutter. br - Add Cashew Nuts and frew till brown br - Add the coriander and red chilly powder br - Add tomato puree and mix everything well br - Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fried vegetables and Paneer. Mix everything well br - Add a salt a little and garam masala to whole curry.
