There's a system, that's the main part of it and that's where a lot of people got confused because there are different br types of publishing. When you hear about people that have sent out a lot of letters and they get rejected over and over again they're looking for a traditional publisher. And frankly right now these days it's difficult for an author to contact a traditional publisher directly and br then accepted.
