br Loreal liquid powder is the latest arrival to the L'Oreal foundation empire. The foundation goes on as a powder and, within seconds, transforms into a powder {or satin-like} finish. br br Shake well and apply with fingers as suggested on the labeling. I've applied with a foundation brush with no issues. br br Oily skin gals I would still suggest using a primer () and a setting powder with this foundation. It does not have any oil control built in. So a little primer and powder will be your shine insurance.
