Report 67611 7212013 Sunday br Irene Dwyer removed the property of Rayna Gomes from 22 Lawn Street and when asked to return it refused. Officer 563 responded, spoke with Irene and Rayna and told Rayna that Irene would return the property, but not right now. Irene returned most of the property, but put a few of the boxes on the porch where she was asked not to put them and when reminded of this, refused to put them where she agreed to put them in the basement. She was told the police would be called again and said to call them. The police were called. Irene left. Rayna called the police to let them know they did not have to come out again but asked that she receive a report number. Officer 12 (phone) told her officer 563(respondent) said it was a civil matter, had to be handled that way and that he refused to come out again about this matter. Then officer 12 told her that officer 563 would have to come out there again to make a report about the incident and he responded and issued report #67611.
